Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This policy explains what information Mornly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to deliver your briefing.

What we collect

How we use it

To create and email your daily briefing, manage your account and subscription, keep the service secure, and improve how it works. We send you the briefing you asked for and account-related messages — not unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers that help us run Mornly:

We do not sell your personal information.

Email and unsubscribing

Every briefing includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the daily email; you can resubscribe anytime or keep using your account.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@getmornly.com.

Your choices

You can view and edit your settings anytime in the app, unsubscribe from emails, cancel a subscription, or request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or remove your data — contact us and we'll help.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and per-user access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Children

Mornly isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above when we do.
