Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mornly, a service that creates and emails you a personalized morning briefing. By creating an account or using Mornly, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Mornly lets you choose topics and delivers a daily email briefing that summarizes recent information about them, along with optional weather and market data. Summaries are generated automatically using AI and public web sources.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use Mornly.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Mornly to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Mornly offers a free plan and paid plans (Mornly and Mornly+). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Content and accuracy

Briefings are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Mornly is for general information only and is not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Always verify anything important before acting on it. Weather, market, and news data come from third-party sources we don't control.

6. Intellectual property

Mornly and its software, design, and branding belong to us. Your settings and any custom topics you create remain yours; you grant us permission to use them to operate the service for you.

7. Termination

You can stop using Mornly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mornly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Mornly means you accept the updated Terms.
